During the implementation of the project, conceptual and technical design were developed. In the conceptual phase of the project, three versions of the roundabout of Lipnik Blvd. and Gen Skobelev Blvd. with Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd were developed. The version with a symmetrical circle with a radius of 30m on the inner circle and 41m on the outer circle was approved.
According to the project, all pedestrian and bicycle traffic will pass through six subways, providing access in all directions.
