The seminar took place in Oslo, Norway from 10th to 11th of October 2017. The participation of representatives of Bulgarian municipalities and companies was financed by Fund for bilateral relations BG04-00-02 in accordance with Programme BG04 “Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy” is financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA FM) 2009 – 2014 based on the signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Bulgaria and Iceland, Principality of Liechtenstein, and Kingdom of Norway.
